How to Leave Feedback for a Business
Leaving feedback for a business on Wispr is as simple as searching for the business, typing up some feedback, and pressing the send button — it’s literally as easy as texting a friend.
How to Claim Your Business on Wispr
We designed our Claim Process to balance two very important things:
Making it easy for business owners or GMs to claim their business, but also…
Making it difficult for others to falsely claim a business on our platform.
We believe we struck the right balance. The process is simple: Write down your Wispr account email address on a piece of paper and take a picture of that piece of paper along with one of your business licenses (or any government paperwork that has your business address on it). Then text that photo to +1-877-WISPR-IT (or +1-877-947-7748).
Be sure not to send us any sensitive information, but even if you accidentally do, once the Claim Process is complete, your photo will be deleted from our side.
How to Respond to Customer Feedback
Once your customers have left you private feedback, click the “Send Response” button on the Feedback Screen to pick a response to send to them.
We currently use pre-baked responses, as Wispr is not a chat application — we very intentionally are trying to prevent customers from sending disrespectful messages to businesses, but we also need to ensure that businesses do not have the ability to send hostile messages back to customers.
If you have a Wispr+ account, then you can also send a message that includes a coupon. When sending a coupon to a customer, you will be presented with a screen that asks you to define the coupon — we didn’t want a complex coupon system in the app, so we made it so you can make the coupon for anything. However, when a customer comes back to your establishment to redeem the coupon, make sure your team knows how to redeem it.

How to Redeem a Coupon
Congratulations! You gave a business invaluable feedback, so they’ve decided to give you a coupon! That’s what Wispr is all about. People helping people.
Once you have received a coupon from a business, and have collected it from the business’ response, the coupon is now located on the Profile Screen, which you can access from the Home Screen.
To use the coupon, obviously Step 1 is to go back to the business to use it, but what do you do next?
That’s easy. Open up the coupon in the Wispr app, show it to a staff member at the business, and they will know how to redeem it.
The staff member will press and hold the REDEEM button on the Coupon Screen for 5 seconds, and then your coupon will be redeemed and deleted from your coupon collection. Done and done.
